    We start with two weeks of listening — to you, to your users, to your support inbox. By the end we hand you a written brief you can act on, with or without us.

    Figma files, prototypes, and a fixed scope. We don't sell decks. We sell what it looks like when it's right.

    Build in public, ship in private

    Two-week sprints, weekly demos, shared staging. You watch the product grow. We keep our roadmap short and honest.

How big is the team?
Small on purpose. We keep the studio lean and bring in trusted collaborators for illustration, motion, and copy when a project needs more hands.
What does it cost?
Engagements typically land between $40k and $150k. We'll quote a fixed number after the first conversation — never a range.
Where are you based?
Bali and Berlin, with collaborators across six time zones. We work async-first, meet weekly, and overlap enough to feel like a team.
Do you only work with funded startups?
No. We've worked with bootstrapped founders, public companies, and a few nonprofits. The pattern we like: a small team with a sharp problem and the runway to fix it properly.
